I have an existing Lease Plan will this be sufficient?

Lease Plans need to conform to the requirements of the Land Registry. It is important to check conformity to avoid your plans being rejected.

 

I am extending the area of my flat, do I need a new Lease Plan?

If your lease is over 7 years and the boundaries of your your existing lease hold demise is changing then you will need a new Lease Plan to be produced.

 

Why do I need a lease plan?
